About Amy




Amy found her passion for the events industry when she planned community-based events as a teenager. Amy joined the industry professionally in 2004 after completing her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and French at Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.
Amy has managed thousands of events working with clients including AT&T, Bank of America, Staples, the NCSL Legislative Summit and many more. In 2005, Amy joined the International Special Events Society (ISES) to gain professional development and form industry contacts. In 2008, she served on the Board of the New England Chapter as Director of Students and Volunteers. Since then, she has continued to support the ISES community as the Director of Special Projects, Director of Membership and Director of Programs. Amy attended several industry related conferences including multiple ISES Regional Education Conferences, Eventworld Conferences, and had the honor of speaking at the Regional Education Conference (2008). In 2010, Amy was honored to receive the ISES New England Merit Scholarship and was also the recipient of the Lawrence A. Green Award in 2013. These awards are given to deserving ISES members for their continued dedication to the chapter. In 2013, Amy was proud to obtain her Certified Special Event Professional [CSEP] designation.
Currently, Amy is married, living in Dracut, MA and enjoying life with her husband, Ben, and daughters. Her hobbies include traveling, cooking, hosting dinner parties, playing softball, and of course watching her daughters, Giuliana Rose and Sofia Colleen, grow and learn every day.
