Nicole and Chizzy Wedding

This full wedding transformation took 10 months to dream and design. The outcome was gorgeous with a VERY happy bride and groom. (My daughter's birthday just happens to share their wedding day now!)

Merrimack College MPR

This was a talk given by the Archdioceses of Boston. They required a simple and inexpensive stage design with video output.

2012 Providor's Council

The 2012 Providor's Council Convention at the Marriott Copley, Boston, proved to be a challenging event. With multiple speakers, 14 short videos that had to be played quickly, light cues, and an audience of 1200, the timing had to be perfect.

American Furniture Rentals Showcase

AFR asked Gateway Productions to be part of their annual showcase event. We provided the unique skyline style lighting to portray a scene from Mad Men.

Planetarium Grand Re-Opening

We had the honor of lighting the Charles Hayden Planetarium Grand Re-Opening. With high profile speakers like the Mayor of Boston and New York City, security was high. This was a piece of history to be part of this event.

International Special Events Society

This ISES Chapter meeting kicked of the start of the 2013 year at the Top of the Hub. With a unique shape to the space, we had to be able to design a presentation that could be displayed at a few angles. Our floor mounted LED wall did the trick.

Project Runway Event

Project Runway called and wanted a demo stage for a promotional event in Boston, so we showed up! What was great about this event is that we had 24 hours to turn it around!

Merrimack College Reunion 2013

Miami came to Merrimack for the 2013 Reunion Weekend. If you look closely, you will see a very pregnant version of myself on the dance floor because this was also my reunion year!

Ceiling Decor

The planner for this event said he wanted drama with draping in the ceiling. After careful measuring and planning over a fabulous sushi dinner, we came up with this design. The Asian lantern centerpiece landed perfectly over a sushi display, which the venue quite enjoyed the theme!

Blurred Lines Wedding Shoot

As a Certified Gay Wedding Planner, my colleague and I felt it was necessary to build a same sex wedding shoot to submit to magazines. This gorgeous shoot came to life and was printed in Boston Spirit Magazine, March 2014.

Sheers Design

American Furniture Rental asked for a way to highlight their upcoming line of furniture rentals. Through the use of lighting and sheer drape, my colleague and I designed a unique backdrop that highlighted the new furniture, without stealing the show. The client was very happy!

The State Room Boston

Basic lighting at the State Room really does make a difference.
